To further grow Austria’s visibility in our most important overseas market, we are looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Associate (f/m/d) to join our team in New York.
Are you passionate about data-driven marketing, digital innovation, and campaigns that create measurable impact?
In this role, you will actively shape the performance marketing landscape in the US market and contribute to the continuous development of our digital activities.
Introduction
You plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital and social media campaigns for the US market
You develop and manage cross-channel paid media strategies (social, video, CTV, search, and emerging platforms)
You test and implement innovative approaches, especially in the field of AI-powered marketing solutions
You manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI
You analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize based on clear KPIs
You collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and agencies while aligning with global strategies
Introduction
You bring a creative mindset combined with a strong growth orientation and proactive approach
You are curious about new technologies and have experience or a strong interest in AI in marketing
You have a solid understanding of performance marketing across the full customer journey
You have experience managing paid media budgets and working with agencies
You are data-driven, analytical, and comfortable making decisions based on insights
You communicate clearly and enjoy working in an international environment
Experience in travel, tourism, or destination marketing is a plus
Familiarity with Austria and/or German language skills are an advantage

The salary range for this position is USD 60,000 to USD 78,000 (full-time basis). The actual salary will depend on qualifications and experience and will fall within this range.
